The project involved the design of approximately 28 km of roadway, entirely along the existing route, crossing both urban and rural areas within the localities of Baba, Drăghia, Coroieni, Vălenii Lăpușului, Răzoare, Târgu Lăpuș, Dămăcușeni, and Rogoz.
